    Very poor customer service. First I was waiting 5mins for someone to show up to the register because he was "hooking up his fam" as he said. now I was checking out and once the gentleman started ringing up my merchandise I told him can I give you my phone number because I knew I had a $10 gift from my birthday. and he kept ignoring me. I asked again he then said I need to first ring things up. once he did that. he processed my payment. as I gave him my payment I asked again. he ignored me. then when I got upset he called his manager James which was no help. he basically told me it was too late & said the gentleman was training. I am sorry but if you are training shouldn't you be behind the person to make sure they are doing the correct things. I was very unsatisfied. I have never had this experience all these years I've shopped at Express. I feel like even the manager was careless.

    I came in with an online order that I wanted to exchange in-person for a different size. "Kalima" <sp?>, whom I assume was the manager—judging by her apparent experience and demeanor, took the time to find that the item I needed was not in her store, or any nearby store, offer several options, and finally call in a replacement order that would be shipped directly to my home. Also, she was able to retain for me the sale price that I paid online. This kind of service is not the norm. 👌🏾
