  the staff (a young guy) was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive the moment I walked through the door. Worst part experience ever.

  James was so helpful in the selection process and was very knowledgeable about all the lenses and what works for my prescription. Also felt really confident in his measurements for my progressive lenses. I'm so excited for my glasses and will definitely return in the future.

  I had a really great experience at Sunglass Hut! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and willing to help. They took the time to work with me to find the right shade and fit for my face, which I really appreciated. I especially want to recognize Keon for being so kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. He genuinely took the time to make sure I found something that suited me and looked right on my face. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

  Absolutely terrible experience at Sunglass Hut and exactly the same experience as described by other users. DO NOT SHOP HERE ! The manager, handled my glasses during a return for several minutes, aggressively wiping and inspecting them. Then suddenly, he claimed they were scratched and refused the return blaming me for the damage. The glasses were NOT in that condition and then he mentioned it could be because I might sweat more than others directly blaming me and not honoring their committed 30 day return policy. This felt completely dishonest and unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, he shifted the blame onto me and denied the return. It was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly felt like a tactic to avoid honoring the store’s policy. I definitely won’t be returning. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

  I had a horrible experience at this location and with James, the store manager. And it sounds like I am not alone based on previous reviews. I came in to return a pair of sunglasses that were brand new and never worn. An associate rubbed at the sunglasses for several minutes and said he could not accept them because they have wear and tear. When I waited for James to arrive back to the store, he immediately said they have been worn and wouldn’t accept them. He was very rude. I went to the Sunglass Hut at Tyson’s Corner Mall the next day and the sunglasses were accepted with ZERO issue for return. James is teaching his associates to mess around with these sunglasses and reject returns with no regard for store policy. It’s a horrible business practice and I will never be shopping at Sunglass Hut again. I recommend others follow suit, and especially avoid this store at all costs.
