  After I reviewed all the comments here I kind of understood what I was experiencing today. I bought a meta glass from other sunglass hut store and tried to return at this store today. The gentleman was carefully checking each inch of the meta glass and told me because of some kind of wear out on the logo printed on the glass they cannot accept the return the sunglass. Frankly speaking, I used the meta glass for a few days and give up using it. If the wear out is so obvious that means the quality of the meta glass is not great. That’s a reasonable reason to return. To make sure I am fair, I went back to the return policy it says easy return and I do not see anything indicating if there is any sign of wear I cannot return. My direct understanding is when I purchase everything is ok . Once I want to return, this store just find a reason to decline me, which is very unpleasant.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Sunglass Hut. The manager, James, handled my glasses during a return for several minutes, aggressively wiping and inspecting them. Then suddenly, he claimed they were scratched and refused the return blaming me for the damage. The glasses were NOT in that condition when I handed them over. This felt completely dishonest and unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, he shifted the blame onto me and denied the return. It was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly felt like a tactic to avoid honoring the store’s policy. Be extremely careful at this location, especially if you have to deal with James. I would not trust them with your items, and I definitely won’t be returning. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

  I had a very professional experience. James was very kind and helpful. He helped me exchange my sunglasses and make sure that they are in good conditions, and gave me advice on how to take care of them. I really appreciate the service, and I will definitely be coming back. It was a much better experience than my visit to Sunglasses Hut in Georgetown. Thank you again James for this great experience!

  James greeted me with a smile and very professional and pleasant. My boyfriend brought sun glass and he couldn't be more please. James is a good store manager.

  After reading some of the reviews i can’t agree more. James’s is a very unpleasant and unprofessional manager. He kept making up reasons for my inability to return my brand-new glasses. When I contacted another store, they informed me that such a policy did not exist. James consistently altered his narrative. I found myself extremely uncomfortable engaging with him and will not be returning if he is present. The associate, Keon, also demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding the store’s policies. Ultimately, I visited another Sunglass Hut and encountered no difficulties in returning and exchanging my sunglasses. This experience strongly suggests that the sole issue lies with James. I strongly advise you to consider taking your business elsewhere, as the current management is not deserving of your patronage. Sunglass Hut should prioritize improving the reliability and respectfulness of its employees, as it appears that I am not the only individual experiencing this problem.
