I was shopping for a graduation party of a family friend and had already found a couple of shirts, but I wasn’t completely sure which one would pair best with the green pants I planned to wear. Abby approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I showed her the pants and the two shirts I was considering, and she took the time to look everything over before recommending me the stylish white short-sleeve button-up that I found that she felt worked best for the outfit. What really stood out to me was her attention to detail and her honest advice. I had initially selected a medium, but Abby suggested trying a small because the medium would likely fit too baggy. After trying on the small and looking in the mirror, I immediately saw the difference and felt much more confident in my choice. Her recommendation was absolutely spot on. Abby was super friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right outfit rather than simply making a sale. Her fashion advice and sizing expertise made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Nordstrom is fortunate to have an employee like Abby on its team. She helped turn what could have been a difficult decision into an easy one, and I left feeling confident and excited for the graduation party today. Thank you Abby for providing exceptional customer service!

I returned to the store expecting assistance, but the manager, Priyanka, refused to exchange the shoes. Unfortunately, the situation felt more like unwillingness to help than an effort to resolve a clear product issue. Very disappointing experience.
