Terrible customer service with the Chanel cosmetics counter, when I finished a purchase and asking a sample, a lady came and told the other lady who is ready to make me one no and rip me away.

Visited 10/10/26 Returned a pair of jeans and picked up a different pair and Melanie L. who was working in the men’s department was fantastic. She was attentive, not overbearing at all and managed to help me find a new pair of jeans that I liked in my size all with a pleasant personality. Thank you and excellent work Melanie.

I usually get good customer service at this store but today was not it. I helped my daughter buy her outfit and we were ready to pay at the counter when one staff at the counter took our items and asked us who helped us , i said no one really just someone who openned the fitting room, she looked like she is starting the check out process, since my daughter is paying i left my daughter at the counter and went around for a bit , when i came back at the counter i saw my daughter still standing in front of the counter with her items lying in front without anybody attending to her the lady staff was gone and my daughter said she has been standing there without anybodyasking her for anything. We waited for a good bit while staff were just going back in forth and no one was paying any attention to us . I decided to just return the items we picked and leave, only then that one of the staff whose back was behind us came and said that she is suppose to ring us but was with her manager. All through out while we were there she did not even bother to say anything to us. I just left and said nothing. I have decided if you are not going to treat me right i will not spend my money in your store!!

I had a very good experience at Nordstrom. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop, and the staff were professional. Great customer service. The overall shopping experience felt polished and efficient. I would definitely return and recommend this location.
