- AWAutumn WilliamsJun 8, 20262.0Got a pair of jean and I wore them out the store, but I quickly realized they didn’t fit. So I changed out of them and came back following day to return. When I went back to return they said I can not return because I wore them. This is understandable but I barely even wore them. On top of that, they were the most expensive jeans I bought and I quickly realized they didn’t fit. I told them I didn’t have the money to afford another pair of pants as they were so expensive, and I was in desperate need for jeans right now… but of course they didn’t care. I asked can I at least exchange them for a pair in my size. Of course they laughed at me and said no. Sad part is I didn’t see any price tags on their items so I felt pressured to buy them while at the register after realizing they cost well over $100 They clearly don’t care about their customers and only care about making a profit. Which is very sad. They literally had me in tears in the store because it feels like they are just another one of these big companies who don’t care about their customers situations and only about making a sale. (Gave an extra star because the lady who helped me pick them out was so kind and helpful)
