Wonderful customer service, very friendly, warm demeanor and explained everything to me thoroughly. I felt very well taken care of. She helped me resolve an issue with some new pants, she reassured me about the Quality Promise and found a solution immediately. Walked in frustrated, walked out smiling. I’ve always had a positive experience with this location, it’s huge, so many options and all the staff have wonderful demeanors. Janice really deserves a spotlight!
