  I just wanted to mention the kind and personal attention I received from Matt when I brought my Rolex watch in for servicing. A problem arose when it was returned with someone else's band/clasp. Matt was instrumental in coordinating arrangements for the return of the watches and exchange of the bands. I have my watch now and look forward to working with Matt at Liljenquist & Beckstead in the future.

  I recently visited to help my husband choose a new everyday watch, and Noah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He asked thoughtful questions about what kind of watches my husband already owns, his usual outfits, and how often he’d wear the new one. Thanks to Noah’s suggestions and insight, we found something that really fits his lifestyle. While we were there, I also picked out a bracelet from the David Yurman section. The staff there were just as lovely—super friendly and patient while I tried on different pieces. They even took the time to explain how to care for the jewelry after purchase, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great shopping experience with helpful people who genuinely want you to find what works for you!
