  I met Mohammad in May of this year and shared the exact watch configuration I was looking for. A few weeks later I emailed him with another watch. Fast forward 6 weeks (while in Bermuda) he let me know my second selection was in stock and available if I was still interested. Not only did he agree to hold it for me until I got back, he also resized the watch my wife was wearing that day. A true gentleman. Mohammad rocks!

  Liljenquist & Beckstead was my first watch buying experience, and it was amazing. I was greeted and helped by Harold K., who was outstanding in helping pick my very first watch. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to watches. Harold answered all of my questions, helped me find the right size for my wrist, and gave a lesson on how to operate the watch. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience here.

  Great experience working with Michelle Chao. She was very accommodating and candid. I have worked with a number of watch ADs over the years for different watches and she is one of the best I have worked with.

  My parents bought their first Rolex watch in L&B. So I knew where to go to when I was looking one for my wife and I. Sonia of Montgomery Mall was very kind and knowledgeable of the timepieces that I was interested in. It was pleasant talking with her, no pressures at all. Because they didn't have the one that I liked on stock, she helped me stay on top of the current status. I was really excited the other day when Sonia called me that the timepiece I was waiting for had finally arrived. Mamhamad was also very nice and knowledgeable, he helped us resizing the watch bands and taught us the basics for using and caring for the watches. We had an awesome experience while we are there.

  I shopped around before purchasing my first Omega retail. Realistically, I probably looked at 10 stores or more. When I walked into L&B, Harold was extremely inviting, spoke with me a bit, but most importantly; HE DID NOT HOVER. I puruesed the selection over multiple cases, and finally decided on the few I was interested in. Harold was extremely knowledgeable on each model; not just the features, but the caliber mechanism, which for an enthusiast, is important. He didn't force a sale; he did inform me and make me comfortable with what was available; and then show me alternative options. I'm the opposite of conservative or wealthy looking, simply put. I look like a homeless guy with peircings. At other stores, this simple fact seemed to cause an issue between the sales staff and myself. In my experience with Harold, none of that mattered. He didn't care that I had piercings or tattoos. We spoke about my interests in what I wanted in a timepiece, my past experiences, my current collection. In some absurd planetary alignment, Harold knew the exact piece I was looking at. Or in other words, this guy knows the questions to ask, and shows you exactly what you are looking for. He even showed me a few pieces that weren't what I talked about, just to show me my options. Overall, in my experience, if you're not a clean cut business professional; L&B is not judgemental. You COULD go two doors down and be made to feel like trash for the same dollar amount... Or skip that experience and go to Liljenquist and get top quality treatment. 9 out of 5 stars. Yeah, they outdid themselves that much.
