  I've always had a great experience visiting this location but today was very impressive. I stopped by just curious how to handle tarnished rings. I had made sure I followed all the suggested treatments of the jewelry by never washing my hands with the rings on or put on lotion while wearing them yet they still tarnished. The young lady asked to see the rings and immediately replaced them. No questions asked. I was shocked!

  Purchased a pearl diamond necklace online. The pictures are deceptive. It was supposed to be a small piece for my 16 year old that she could layer with. It is so small that you can not even identify that there is a pearl or diamond. It looks like a piece of gold about 1/8 of the size of a pencil eraser. So disappointing and such a complete rip off. Needless to say I would not even consider buying from Gorjana again. I understand paying for brand but this was complete deception.

  Lovely ladies they are super helpful and welcoming also the manager Janelle is such a sweet heart highly recommend this place also the jewelry is so beautiful! Specially the fine jewelry collection!

  Molly and Eden were extremely helpful during my shopping experience. They made sure everything was perfect and packaged everything so nicely. I left extremely happy. 10/10 would recommend shopping with these two ladies.
