  I've always had a great experience visiting this location but today was very impressive. I stopped by just curious how to handle tarnished rings. I had made sure I followed all the suggested treatments of the jewelry by never washing my hands with the rings on or put on lotion while wearing them yet they still tarnished. The young lady asked to see the rings and immediately replaced them. No questions asked. I was shocked!

  My daughter wanted to return a necklac because she received two of virtually the same exact item as gifts. I called the store two weeks ago, and they said that's fine, and even if you don't come back within 30 days, it's ok as long as it's within a few months and you exchange it for something else of equal or lesser value. I just went to the store in Bethesda with my daughter, 32 days after purchase, to do such an exchange, and I was told that we are not allowed to do that, and we must have been told wrong information. The correct customer service response would have been sorry about the mistake you were told on the phone and we will accommodate you. Instead we were told that we had no option to exchange for anything of lesser value. Definitely will not shop here again.

  Lovely ladies they are super helpful and welcoming also the manager Janelle is such a sweet heart highly recommend this place also the jewelry is so beautiful! Specially the fine jewelry collection!

  Molly and Eden were extremely helpful during my shopping experience. They made sure everything was perfect and packaged everything so nicely. I left extremely happy. 10/10 would recommend shopping with these two ladies.
