  Avoid this establishment! Charged $250 for a cheap frame with plexiglass cover that could’ve been purchased for $30 at IKEA. Arrived in the mail with original artwork damaged. Just want full refund and to warn others about this very poor experience. Not sure if other reviews are actual customers… but the poor quality of the frame, the damage of original artwork during the packaging, and the poor customer service after multiple attempts to resolve this has been a very negative experience overall. ***EDIT in Response to "Owner's Reply"*** Thank you for the reply, but I'd like to address a few things publicly since other customers will be reading this. Calling this 'beautifully clear, lightweight, and UV protective acrylic' doesn't match at all what I received. The plexiglass cover and frame were comparable to a $30 IKEA frame, not a $250 custom product. If this is genuinely premium UV-protective acrylic, I'd ask that you explain the specific cost breakdown that justifies the price difference — because to me and apparently other reviewers, it reads as marketing language applied to a basic product. I've already reached out multiple times with my order number through [email/phone] and have not gotten a resolution — only repeated requests to 'reach out' that lead nowhere. At this point I'm not looking for another request to contact support — I'm looking for the full refund I've already requested due to the poor quality of your product and the damage documented to the original artwork in the frame you provided. In addition, I am providing information to other potential customers, so they may make their own informed decision moving forward. Happy to update this review the moment a full refund occurs.

  Be aware that this is a 100% mail-order operation with a drop-off storefront. The quality of the product is what you would expect to find off-the-shelf at Michaels. The packaging does little to protect the product and lacks any markings for the shipping carrier about what's inside or how to handle it. Do not trust original artwork or anything of value to this operation.

  I worked with a sales guy named Jack for almost 2 hours last Sunday because I had a mountain of things to frame. He was so patient and had a great eye for design. He was super careful about not upselling me on more expensive products too. Thanks for a great experience!

  If I'd discovered Framebridge earlier, I'd have way more pictures hanging on my walls. The folks at the Bethesda store are great to work with. You drop off and bam, a few days later, a nice new piece comes home to you.
