- AJAlexeus Jimenez1 day ago1.0I never leave Google reviews, but the ladies at AE were so rude that I felt like I had to leave one. On 10/13/22 around 4 p.m., my mom, sister, and I went to AE to exchange a pair of jeans and shop for some new ones. A blonde and a brunette employee were helpful at first, but their attitudes changed pretty quickly after helping us try on jeans. They kept standing off to the side whispering to each other, making it pretty obvious they were talking about us. The brunette also became very passive-aggressive with us at the register over clothing exchange policies we weren’t aware of. Even as we were leaving, they were talking about us AGAIN with the manager present. The whole experience made us feel unwelcome. I’ve never been treated that way when shopping so this was disappointing.

We found two pairs of light washed jeans for my Niece and I! Ashley was really helpful in helping us in selecting more styles and letting us know about the on-going promotions. Nihel the younger lady at the register was really sweet as well. I am absolutely surprised and will definitely be returning back to this location, based on this service.

- DDDaylawniaAug 14, 20261.0I bought two bulky items from this store today and the cashier asked me if I wanted to purchase a bag for $1.00! There was no option for a free plastic bag. This is straight up ridiculous. There’s usually at least an option for a free bag.
