  Yes this place is very racist this store in particular I walked in nobody greeted me it took about 30 minutes for someone to ask if I needed anything and I’m a person of color it was 2 white ladies standing around staring at me as if like I’m about to steal or they felt uncomfortable at that point I just left I’ll spend my money elsewhere it’s sad so sad

  Had such a great experience and lovely customer service! After not making a purchase while being in NYC due to the customer service, I went to the Bethesda location upon returning home. Ishmael was super welcoming and my sales associate as well. Thank you both so much for a great experience!☺️

  After having lunch in the area, my son and I visited this location today. The guy standing at the front door immediately followed me, then followed my 12-year-old son back to the men’s section and just stood there. He never asked if we needed help or offered any customer service. As we were leaving, he returned to the front of the store. It was a very uncomfortable experience and felt like a microaggression. No customer should feel like they’re being watched or treated with suspicion simply for shopping.

  Rude , unprofessional, dismissive behavior . My honest store experience with a manager7/13/2026. I came to return several items I purchased on 7/6/2026 and was treated like garbage. I returned several items, and the manager at the end cap handled them in a very disrespectful manner by holding them up in the air as if they had been worn . I immediately asked why she was behaving in that manner , and she responded that the items had to be resold and that is her job to make sure they weee not worn. I clearly explained that the items had been kept in the same bag and had not been worn . I only tried them on . Dess, that , I was treated as though I was being dishonest, which was rude , unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This interaction made it very clear that customers are not being treated with respect or valued at this location .
