  Very disappointing experience today at 1:20 PM. I was in the store with my mom and, being pregnant, I asked to use the restroom because it was clear bathroom sign next to the dressing room.Despite there being a visiblthe employee ( white, short young eomen) refused and was rude and dismissive toward me. I also felt uncomfortable during the interaction and the way I was treated felt unwelcoming. I understand policies exist, but basic kindness and professionalism should always be expected. I hope Alo addresses this type of customer experience. will not come back to that store.

  Came in to see the new store. Great environment. Sophia was genuinely so amazing and helpful!!

  The location opened over Memorial Day weekend. It’s small for an Alo store. The workers were friendly when I came in.
