  On Friday, 6/26/26, the managers on duty appeared unprofessional. I was surprised to learn they were all in managerial roles. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted, and I did not receive assistance when I went to locate a fitting room. At checkout, the managers were engaged in conversation and did not acknowledge me, which led me to seek help from another associate. I am giving three stars only because one associate who assisted me was polite, attentive, and helpful.

  Perfect place for a girl to splurge and not regret. The material of the clothes, the collection, the comfort and kind staff are worth the visit every time !

  The women who work here are so unprofessional. They seem more focused on hanging out with each other and are, at best, rude. I would spend more here but the customer service is terrible. I had to search the store to find an associate to open a fitting room, wasn’t greeted, and waited at the register for ten minutes before someone showed up. The employees acted like I was bothering them and were not friendly at all. Completely immature—high school and college girls who haven’t worked in customer service and it shows.
