  Goodwills are turning into a retail chain, although you can get things a lot cheaper they now know what they have and price them accordingly, I saw a cabinet at Goodwill they were selling for $499, the better the condition things are the more you will pay

  Prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The selections of products were slightly limited based on what I like to buy.

  I never write reviews but I will for this. I walk to the counter and as I’m actively walking over the manager walks off and leaves me standing there for 5 minutes. I ring the bell, someone else lines up and tings the bell. Nothing. Finally the manager and another worker saunter over casually and I ask if there is a manager to talk to. The employee sarcastically and rudely goes “Oh haha they need a manager! Look!” As if this is an inconvenience to them. I explain a family member wrongfully donated my stuff without telling me and that I have very important sentimental stuff from a passed loved one I am trying to get back. They coldly told me it’s already gone, no sympathy. I’m clearly very distraught and they just stared at me like I wasn’t human. I recommend going to the Churchville location. They are kind and honestly even though they are smaller they have better items. I didn’t need a fix but I lost something special to me from a loved one, I could have at least received some sympathy. I walked away and nothing was said. Thanks a lot, team!
