  Worst experience I had from an Edible Arrangements store ever. I ordered same day delivery for my wife and I was told hours later that the driver couldn’t make it that day. I was then told I would have my arrangement delivered to her first thing in the morning. Noon came I called the store(after not even getting an answer the first two times) and was informed that the driver hadn’t even shown for work yet. I do not recommend at all. Very unprofessional and terrible service all around.

  My husband order me a chocolate and cheesecake platter for Mother's Day. He gives it to me and when I open it it's nothing on the platter that's supposed to be included. I took it back to the store and the girl lied and said my husband approved the order. My husband knows I don t eat certain items that was on the platter plus he wouldn't have me go back to the store if he approved it. Anyway they finally admit they ran out of cheesecake ok fine. Then proceeds to say everything is the way it should be until I show them a picture and item description of what we ordered. After calling then out they proceed to say or yeah we just been substituting the cookies for the rest of the platter. Like excuse me you don't know if I have an allergy or anything you just randomly substitute things. Unacceptable. So I say just give me chocolate strawberries. She comes back with plain strawberries and says they're out of everything including chocolate. Never will I use this location ever again.

  My birthday is on February 15th. My daughter ordered The Happy Birthday Box, along with paying extra for a balloon, online for delivery. On my birthday, it still wasn't delivered by 4 p.m., she called and the store assured her it would be delivered before the end of the day. Nope. She ordered it back in the middle of January because she understands with Valentines Day that is is a busy time. It was delivered the next day and you can see from my picture it is not the same thing and no balloon. She first called Corporate and was disconnected. She then called the store she dealt with. The manager explained that they were busy and were still trying to catch up from Valentines Day. He agreed to remake and deliver on Wednesday the 17th, yesterday. BUT he didn't have any cheesecakes and all they had available were brownies. So yesterday it was delivered but the delivery doesn't look like what was pictured, does it?. It was weird because I was working from home. I get a phone call around 10ish that said "no one answered door so the arrangement was left behind my car". No one answered because no one rang the Ring Doorbell because no one came to the door. The delivery person just left it in my driveway. So today, I just ate one of the strawberries from the first delivery on the 16th and the strawberries are rotten. The kicker is a local friend was selling dipped strawberries for Valentines Day and they looked so much better than what Edible delivered.

  Chelsea was incredibly kind and helpful! I have ordered here many times and have received excellent service. LOVE this place! Update: I changed my 5 star to a 2 star as I recently ordered and paid online for pick up order. I ordered at 4:30pm and the confirmation email said it would be ready at 5:30pm. The store hours indicated they were open until 7pm. I arrived at 5:10pm and the store was locked, lights off and closed. Called and emailed to no avail. I stayed until 5:40pm to be sure I was there at my confirmed pick up time. Very disappointing. The next day I received a call from Harry, the manager, with a very basic apology. I do hope they can take this review to heart and make the necessary changes to be a dependable reputable company.

  DONE WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! What a horrible experience. I placed an order on Saturday the 9th of February to get delivered on valentines day. I wanted to give them enough time to make the arrangement. When I placed the order i told them that it had to be delivered before 3 pm. the man told me "oh thats no problem, I can guarantee that it will be there before 3 pm. valentines day comes around and its after 3 and nothing showed up. I called and got the owners wife. i explained to her on the phone that it needed to be there before 3. all she had to say was " you don't know how crazy it is in here" that is not my problem. you guaranteed that it would be there my 3. i paid money for it to be delivered by 3 and it was not delivered by 3. she told me that if i don't want my order she can give it to someone that is waiting for there order. The lady got Nasty on the phone with me so i told them to just deliver my order asap. they called my girlfriend and told her that they lost the paperwork and need directions to the house. when they are only supposed to call if she didnt answer the door. then the driver told her since it is late can he just bring it tomorrow morning. after being yelled at on the phone and being told that my order can be given away to a random person that is waiting on their order. I paid for my order to be delivered by 3 pm. After calling and getting yelled at my the owners wife it finally got delivered at 8 pm. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Horrible customer service. 1. they took my money and never delivered it on time. 2. the owners wife threaten to give my order to someone else. 3. they lost the paperwork and had to call the person getting the arrangement for the address. 4 then tried to convince her to let them bring it the next morning. the lady told me that it was crazy in the store and she can't help it got there 5 hours late. 5. the she told me that they will leave it with a neighbor, i didn't pay for the neighbor to get the arrangement. 6. i asked for my money back on the delivery charge and she said ok but then she isn't delivering. when i paid for it to be delivered by 3. 6. to top it off she said the corporate office said they are not even allowed to schedule times for arrangements. THE LADY THERE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! STAY AWAY.
