- EHErick HernandezJun 28, 20265.0I had an amazing shopping experience at Sunglass Hut in BWI Airport! Ariel, the associate who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave great recommendations that really fit my style. What stood out most was her professionalism and how authentic she was throughout the entire experience—it didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction at all. Because of her exceptional service, I’d absolutely stop by again anytime I’m at BWI. Overall, 10/10 for both expertise and customer experience!
