I needed a new suit and rather than risking ordering a different style based on my preset fit, I thought it better to go try it on in person. I already had a few options tagged on my online profile and then I made an appointment at this location. As soon as I walked in they brought up my profile and within a few minutes Jay had several options ready for me to try. I wasn't in the store for more than 20 minutes and I had a new suit already ordered for delivery. No attempt to upsell me or push things on me that I didn't want. This was an effortless experience, which has always been my experience with Bonobos (I usually go to the store in KOP PA). Very satisfied and I will certainly return to this location in the future.
