  My daughter and friend went to this store 30 minutes before closing on this past Saturday evening to see a dress on a mannequin we could see from the entrance that perfectly matched a combo of two dresses we were just dreaming up in the food court. My daughter's 21st bday is Halloween, and since she has gotten 2 prom dresses and a homecoming dress from Windsor, we thought we should definitely head that way. We all work retail. Two of us as retail management. We would never mess up recovery, conversion, or ask for assistance unnecessarily. The associate BELLOWED across the store from the back of it as soon as we entered, that the store is closing 30 minutes and that fitting rooms will be closing and all purchases need to come up (we were the only customersin eyeshot). She fixed some displays on her hurried way to us and kindly asked while fixing rack if there was anything we were looking for. We pointed to the dress. She said it was the last one. I asked the size (it looked perfect, but ik it could be pinned in the back to fit). She said its the last one and a size small. I said PERFECT! May we have it? She said, oh no. I never sell my displays and thats the last one. Sorry ladies. I said to my daughter loud enough for her to hear, "you've gotten every occasion dress from Windsor and your 21st bday dress... maybe it's online..?" All we got is a goodnight ladies. We went to another store we'd already been to who welcomed us back and we got outfits, accessories, and backpacks with 15 min til closing to spare. We'll keep to Windsor online where I usually shop. My daughter was adamant she wanted to support mall business because malls are dying. This didn't help her case. But our mall experience overall did. There's always one. It just sucks to give great service and then not to get it when roles are reversed.

  I went in looking for a formal dress with a friend and Alisa the manager on shift for sunday was so helpful! She was so sweet and really helped us find a dress. Literally deserves a raise and more! Thank you so much again you are the best!

  Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The two girls that closed tonight August 5th, 2021 at the Annapolis location were absolutely rude and unprofessional. It was a “unprofessional af manager” and the cashier. The cashier girl with curly hair didn’t want to do her job and had a attitude and the manager with short hair was even more out of pocket with her attitude and I felt highly discriminated against. I’ve never been somewhere where the employees are that rude for no reason. Uncomfortable experience and I definitely don’t advise anyone to shop here until they find more professional staff. SO GHETTO!
