  Today september 1st around 6:20 my sisters and I were trying to buy a pair of glasses but it was locked and we ended up waiting for along time to find someone to help us but we waited for a while and still no employees walked by, so we finally get in line to asked the cashier for help then she called someone from the back and we waited again... Finally the young female employee walked up there with another guy also waiting to get the glasses instead of helping us she went straight to help the guy first. Even after we told her that we were waiting before him. Its very terrible for us to get treated that way, we are all customers we should all get treated equally not pick who you like and help first. I just want everyone to know that the way this store is training their employees is wrong. It's crazy to get treated like that in a big and well known store like this. I would never step foot in here again 😡😡😡

  Horrible! Nordstrom ‘s is wonderful the rack sucks. Terrible customer service
