- JJJenMay 12, 20261.0They do not live up to their own policy. “We take pride in our customer service at Edible Arrangements and this includes not only the quality of our products, but also the speed of our service and delivery.” This is a lie as mine Was supposed to be delivered on Monday, the tracker kept showing 3 stops away all day long, and it was never delivered. Called the store Tuesday morning and was told it was too late once they got to Kent island to deliver. This is not my problem, I paid for guaranteed delivery Monday and this did not happen.Sounds like they need another delivery driver who does not work at a snails pace. I wish the Easton location was still open, I never had problems with them. DO NOT order from Annapolis. Horrible customer service! Will wait and see if my order shows up today, not counting on it.

I'll have to try another location, since when ordering online it picks that particular store. I've ordered three time from Edible, and there has always been some sort of issue. Perhaps just make my own next time. 🤔
- DDDarlene Huntsman (DS)Jan 1, 20261.0Just now on Google We love and enjoy ordering arrangements however with this being said we ordered our platter early enough that it should have been delivered with the correct item delivered on a timely basis. Two round trays were delivered instead of the wooden platter we ordered. They were delivered in the evening as our party was ending and guest were already leaving. Not happy with the lack of response to my attempts to contact company either.
