First, he directed me to the rest room which seems like a small thing but another men's store recently said there were no public restrooms which for a 76 year old was a big deal. Once that was done, he asked about what we were looking for (predominantly Oak Hill, 48 inch waist) trousers and shorts. Very polite, willing to laugh at some "elderly" humor and pointed out some other items he thought we might like. Bought three additional shirts. Got us through check-out which included orders for three other pairs of trousers and shorts. (They arrived yesterday.) Absolutely friendly and professional service. As we used to say in Navy: Bravo Zulu and well done. DH Myers USN (Ret.)
