  I had a great experience with Cezanne Jewelers! The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. I was anxious about getting the ring back in time and called several times for updates, but they were always kind and reassuring and never made me feel like I was bothering them. They got the ring back to me in a timely manner, and I really appreciated their excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

  What a great experience I had with Cezanne, and during COVID-19, no less. I had a small repair on a necklace; the owner had me come right in and the jeweler fixed it on the spot. She was so kind & helpful. I won't hesitate to return, and tell others. Thank you!

  One of the best places for the unique, unusual and exquisite. The owner and her family are incredible people. They also do wonderful work on heirloom and diamond jewelry.

  I had a very mixed experience at Cezanne. My first appointment picking out a diamond and band with my fiancee was great, but subsequent appointments were not positive. It was initially sized wrong and then I got various answers from different employees as to whether we'd need to pay for it to be resized, and then we were promised two weeks for a repair that ended up taking six.

  I have experience with several of the well-known Annapolis jewelers. Many are fine. This store is by far The Best. I will only ever go back to Cezanne. My son purchased an engagement ring here. This is a very important purchase and he had visited other jewelers. The store has a beautiful selection of rings as many stores do. But the family that owns and runs the business is what sets the experience apart. There was never any pressure or judgement, just skillful guidance. They were so good to this Navy family and even put forth the extra effort to have his ring ready for his trip back to TX. Exceptional industry knowledge, service, enthusiasm, and kindness all around. Make sure you stop here.
