- FNF NApr 7, 20261.0I put it an arrangement days in advance, stated when the recipient worked. I called them a day of about 20 minutes before she got off to see if they even read the directions. A new girl And yes, she told me she was new which customers don’t care about that answers the phone and States to me that I had to specify the time which I did and also put it in in advance. I asked for them to redeliver it the following day between the hours that she worked so I didn’t ruin a surprise. The delivery driver doesn’t follow. The instructions doesn’t take it to the department. She works in drops it off at customer service and leaves her coworkers then call her to tell her she has a delivery ruins the complete surprise she goes to work the next day, expecting it, and the driver picked it back up. I then called to ensure that it was going to be dropped back off. The arrangement was so sour she couldn’t even enjoy it
