  They openly admit faulty ozone vape defects but continue to sell them. God forbid you buy 2 return one and then the other does the same thing right past your receipt. This is how I found out and got stuck while being told they are aware

  The setup of this dispo is very bad and takes too long to pick up pre orders was way better before ascend took over. Shouldn’t be in line for 20 mins.

  the clerk was polite and cheerful. BUT, the team apparently decided to crank up the volume on the audio to a level that made it impossible to hear her. Music and fun are fine but this was painfully loud for everyone. Best not happen again or I'm gone.
