  Didn't go in so I didn't see the inside. To get to this place was an annoying experience due to the traffic patterns. Liked that we could order ahead.

  Amazing took her time and really went through my needs with terps not just trying to get me out like most dispos. I like this dispo wish I could go more often but epilepsy

  First time placing an order here . Got there a little after 8 pm . Waited for my order which was placed before 8:30pm.Was wondering what was taking so long as I only ordered 1 item. I decided to get out of my car and walk in 10 minutes before closing. Was greeted by an angry clerk who instantly yelled at me and said no more people can come in we are at max capacity and can’t take new orders. I was very confused by her tone at me and said politely that my order was placed prior and I had pre paid . She yelled at me again stating we can’t fill your order because everyone we have in here so we now are not taking new orders or old orders. This was my first time placing an order in this manner and for this company so her tone and behavior really caught me off guard with the hatefulness she had in her tone . Needless to say it had me a little shook up and I was still trying to explain to her that I paid for this order and placed it probably about 30 minutes ago . She arrogantly and rudely stated you didn’t pay for it. It’s not going to charge your card. I will cancel your order tonight and your card won’t be charged and if you have some sort of hold it’ll go away. I stared at my phone for a little bit, looking at my order with the order number and I was just kind of in disbelief that someone would speak to somebody this way with really no genuine explanation of how that process works . I then said ok and walked out . A gentleman walked in right after me and got the same response.The parking lot was basically empty at the time I entered and I had watched certain individuals go in well after me as well as right before me and walk out with their items . Clerk/ door greeter who ever she was tonight on 8/19 needs to not work in a customer facing role and I certainly wouldn’t employ her .That was horrible customer service and to yell and try to make someone feel stupid . I was really shocked at her behavior . There was no “ hi how are you ? “ “ Welcome! “ or anything polite, or Im really sorry for the inconvenience , it was her instantly yelling at me after entry . I will not be coming back strictly and solely because of her . As I left someone was putting cones out so I’m uncertain where the max capacity was at ? And come to think of it it didn’t really make much sense what she was saying because if you’re not taking any new or previously replaced orders, then why are people still in here placing orders? Shouldn’t everyone be told to leave and not certain Individuals?

  Jake was awesome, very knowledgeable & helpful. He took his time explaining in which way each one of my orders were beneficial for my needs. I even bought a few extra packages this time as he showed me some that I wasn't even aware of that would help with my pain & anxiety. Super kind, super helpful and very patient since I ask alot of questions. What a great asset to your company. Give that man a raise!!! I will come there looking for his help each & everytime. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Jake for helping me make my purchases today.

  OMG!! I LOVE this dispensary! 😂 Every time I come here, the staff is amazing, the customer service is great, and I’ve had a good experience all three times I’ve visited. When I come back from vacation, I’ll definitely be stopping back in. That being said… y’all asked for a review, so LET’S REVIEW. I have a few critiques. 1. PLEASE GET SOME WINDOWS! 😩 Why is it so dark in there?! Walking into this place feels like I’m entering a dispensary/morgue hybrid. Some natural sunlight would do WONDERS for the atmosphere. Let the sun in! The building is giving “Buying from my neighbors basement!.” 2. THE CUSTOMERS… 😩😂 Listen, I know you can’t control every person who walks through the door, and I’m not blaming the store for someone else’s behavior, BUT… The second time I came in, there was a guy standing in front of me whose smell was so strong I almost reconsidered my entire purchase. Then, to make matters worse, this man tried to hit on me OUTSIDE in the parking lot! Sir. I came here for cannabis, not a meet-and-greet. 😂 Again, I know you can’t control everybody, but the overall environment and clientele absolutely affect the customer experience. Especially at a cannabis dispensary, where people are already walking in with their senses turned up to 100. 3. THE INCENSE! OMG! 😭 Whoever is responsible for the incense is NOT playing around! These are not subtle little scents. These incense smells are BOLD, STRONG, and aggressive if you have allergies BE WARNED! The second you walk through the front door, your nostrils get ATTACKED. And the crazy part? THERES NO TYPE OF OUT NO WINDOWS BARELY A DOOR! 😭 I’m honestly surprised the staff can breathe in there all day. There needs to be some type of ventilation, windows, or something to get some fresh air circulating. I could understand the strong incense if there were an open door or windows to let fresh air in, but there aren’t. At this point, I’m walking in expecting to smell cannabis and walking out smelling like somebody’s entire incense collection. 😂 NOW, FOR THE GOOD STUFF… 👏🏽 The prices are fair. Not the absolute best I’ve seen, but definitely fair. The point system, though? Y’all can do better. 😩 At other dispensaries I visit, I can stack my medical discount on top of sale prices. Here, it’s basically whichever discount is greater, so I’m not really a fan of that system. BUT THURSDAY?! 👀😂 I NEED THAT DJ TO COME BACK! I think his name was King, and listen… not only is that man good-looking , but he was playing EXACTLY the kind of music I needed to hear that day. He had the place vibing and definitely helped spruce up my mood. Apparently, he works there, so hopefully I’ll run into him again. Overall, the staff and customer service are AMAZING. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which is a huge reason I’ll be back. So, despite my three critiques, I’m still giving y’all a 4/5 . Honestly, it’s more like a 4.5/5, because the actual people working there and the overall customer service are THAT good. Fix the lighting, work on the ventilation/incense situation, and figure out that point system… and y’all might have me giving out a 5-star review next time. 😂👏🏽
