  The store manager was taking photos of every customer on their cell phone, I assume personal cell phone, and said it was to track/prevent shoplifting. I don't want my photo taken this way and am a paying customer. I am writing this review to make sure other shoppers are aware of this privacy violation. What happens to these photos after?

  I would like to sincerely apologize for posting this review a little later than I should have. My friend and I visited Sunglass Hut on June 8th, and I have been meaning to share our wonderful experience ever since. From the moment we walked into the store, Nicole provided one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time. She greeted us warmly, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and never once made us feel rushed. Shopping for sunglasses can sometimes be overwhelming with so many styles and options available, but Nicole's patience, professionalism, and expertise made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. What truly stood out was how attentive she was to our needs. She carefully listened to both of our preferences, offered honest recommendations, and helped us narrow down the choices without being pushy. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that both my friend and I found the perfect pair of sunglasses that suited our style, comfort, and budget. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she took the time to explain different features and benefits so we could make informed decisions. In addition to helping us find exactly what we wanted, Nicole was also able to help us secure a fantastic deal, which made the experience even better. It was clear that her priority was making sure we left happy and satisfied rather than simply making a sale. Exceptional employees like Nicole are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Her dedication, patience, kindness, and commitment to outstanding customer service deserve recognition. I genuinely hope the owners and management at Sunglass Hut take notice of the incredible work she is doing because employees like her are a tremendous asset to the company.   My Experience at your store in Wentham Sunglass Hut was the best! Jess who immediately was friendly and super helpful, she asked all the right questions and listened to my exact description of what I was looking for and also gave great suggestions, she was fast efficient and made my Experience easy and the Best Ever💚💚💚 She should get a raise!!!
