  Wife & I walked In a little after 4pm today associate’s just looked at us but didn’t acknowledge us . Stores was not busy maybe 2 more customers at the most . Associates lack personality . Retail is not for them . We walked around the entire store and even as we were walking out no acknowledgment. Horrendous customer service

  I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience at the Michael store. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where a staff member, an India lady, followed me around the store despite my request for assistance to be left alone. It felt uncomfortable, as though I was being watched closely, and I was unable to shop in peace. I want to clarify that this experience does not reflect the behavior of all the staff members, as the others were courteous and respectful. However, due to this incident, I am hesitant to visit this store again.
