  I normally don’t write reviews, but today I went into this particular store was not greeted by anybody. Nobody asked me if I needed any help but was asking everybody else who came in after me now I am a huge Marc Jacobs fan. I have several purses. And the fact that nobody wanted to acknowledge or help me today says a lot, so I nicely took my business over to Kate Spade.

  I had such an amazing experience at Marc Jacobs, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the girl who helped me HAILEY ! She was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to help me, was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was going up and down helping me find what I needed and never once made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. You can really tell when someone takes pride in their job and genuinely cares about their customers, and she definitely did. She was so kind and helpful from start to finish. Employees like her are what make you want to come back to a store. 💕 Thank you so much for making my shopping experience such a great one! She deserves to be recognized for how amazing she was. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Rochelle and Hailey at the Marc Jacobs store in the Wrentham Village Outlets. I came in excited to buy a new pocketbook, but I also had my three children with me — energetic, loud, and curious. Both Rochelle and Hailey were incredibly patient and kind, never once making me feel like my kids were a burden. Every time I apologized for their behavior, they reassured me with genuine warmth and calm professionalism. While checking to see if my wallet fit inside the new bag, I accidentally left it in the display bag. After driving home — three states away — I realized it was missing and panicked. When I called the store the next morning, Rochelle immediately took action. She found my wallet, put me completely at ease, and went above and beyond by arranging to have it shipped back to me right away. Their kindness, empathy, and dedication turned a stressful situation into something I’ll remember with gratitude. Marc Jacobs is incredibly lucky to have employees like Rochelle and Hailey. They made a huge difference in my day, and I can’t thank them enough.

  I came into this store not knowing what I wanted thought I was window shopping but was then assisted by Tyson. He is AWESOME he has so much patience and helped me with every question I had. He really made me feel like I was at home while shopping. Thank you Tyson!!
