  I had one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Rochelle and Hailey at the Marc Jacobs store in the Wrentham Village Outlets. I came in excited to buy a new pocketbook, but I also had my three children with me — energetic, loud, and curious. Both Rochelle and Hailey were incredibly patient and kind, never once making me feel like my kids were a burden. Every time I apologized for their behavior, they reassured me with genuine warmth and calm professionalism. While checking to see if my wallet fit inside the new bag, I accidentally left it in the display bag. After driving home — three states away — I realized it was missing and panicked. When I called the store the next morning, Rochelle immediately took action. She found my wallet, put me completely at ease, and went above and beyond by arranging to have it shipped back to me right away. Their kindness, empathy, and dedication turned a stressful situation into something I’ll remember with gratitude. Marc Jacobs is incredibly lucky to have employees like Rochelle and Hailey. They made a huge difference in my day, and I can’t thank them enough.

  I have the worst shopping experience in here . The manager who works here is terribly discriminate to the none caucasian. I don't know why Marc Jacobs hired this kind of person in the brand ? I am not walking into this store in the future anymore !

  I came into this store not knowing what I wanted thought I was window shopping but was then assisted by Tyson. He is AWESOME he has so much patience and helped me with every question I had. He really made me feel like I was at home while shopping. Thank you Tyson!!
