  The woman who refused to give us her name at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets store was very dismissive and looked at us an humiliating way. We're visiting with people from Colombia, and from the moment we entered the store, they never told us the fitting rooms were closed. They just waited until we asked after we had the clothes we wanted to try on, and all she said was, "Buy whatever you want, and you have 30 days to exchange or return it." How is someone from Colombia supposed to make those exchanges? Did we look like we didn't have money and couldn't afford to shop at their store? Why didn't they tell us we couldn't try anything on when they saw us enter the store? It's the worst service, and the way she looked at us was in very poor taste.
