    Delivery to Sutton requires an order of $150 or more, so I decide to order 2 arrangements to satisfy the minimum $ order requirement. The website won't allow me to put 2 arrangements in a cart at the same time and rejects the request. I call the shop to order by phone and still cannot get the order in because the system rejects it. The shop literally had no "workaround" for me to place an order over $200 for delivery to Sutton except by tacking on an additional $45 per arrangement (so the system would override) plus delivery charges. I'm not interested in paying a $90 tax for a software glitch. 1 star for inadequate problem solving.

    Ordered flowers last minute for a friend in the hospital to cheer her up, I hope. I ordered them at about 2pm and were delivered to her room at 4pm. I appreciate how quickly they were sent for my friend !

    ** Edited after hearing back from office secretory regarding her schedule, Pounding about not sharing personal numbers(never asked), short staff and high volume. Technology has come very far where personal numbers don’t need to get involved. 3 figure dish garden arrangement with add fresh cut flowers , website would not have a pic of what it looked like , would it? When you have substitution policy in place. I wish I had read the one star reviews before placing an order for delivery. Do NOT rely on their website or emails for promptness. Not monitored Regularly is what I have been told. ** As a first time out of state customer I requested to see a picture of the arrangement that I will never get to see now. Auto sent acknowledgment email regarding the request was never followed up before the delivery. I understand it may not be possible with each delivery but special request was made since I am not local and I don’t know anything about the location or business. I just chose Perro’s with Google search and reviews hoping to get the right service. Happy with the timeline of prompt delivery. Hoping it was a good arrangement worth the money I spent , since I would not get any pictures from the recipient. Sometimes the relationships are beyond explanations and you just try to fix it with simple gestures of flowers! I wish I got to see it though. As a matter of fact I canceled the order placed with national delivery company and chose local instead for that reason.

    Horrible customer service. Walked in and had to walk right out due the workers rude attitude. Do not want to pull the racist card but unfortunately I cant think of any of reason for the bad treatment. First time and last time I step foot inside this flower shop. A place thats supposed to bring smiles and have compassionate florists for all occasions. Its really too bad.
