She worked with all my needs how ever when the flowers were delivered to my husband's wake there were no ribbons on the casket flowers very upsetting to not see it. So not happy with them right now. I did order 3 sets of flowers 2 were great 1 not.

I have been a customer of Perro’s since I could remember and they always impress, but unfortunately not today. I had to follow up with the florist multiple times over text to discuss the order I was trying to place, and it felt like I had to chase her down. I also requested a quote and received a text quote as apposed to a formal quote. My family, who are paying, did not feel comfortable with receiving a quote for over $1400 in a text conversation. I too would have greatly preferred an actual document to reference. I ended up going with a more professional floral shop with better prices. I was looking forward to working with them because of the great reviews but the lack of professionalism is what ultimately pushed me to look elsewhere.
