I spoke to a woman over the phone. Don’t know what her name is as I was helping someone else out over the phone because they needed a translator due to not speaking much English. Don’t get scammed by the 4.8 rating. Do your research first.

We’re from out of state, and when our family lost a loved one we also cared deeply for, we wanted a local florist who could honor her memory and bring some comfort to those she left behind. Perro’s stood out immediately: over 1k great reviews, an appealing and easy‑to‑use website with photos of many beautiful arrangement options to actually see and choose from, and same‑day delivery. We decided to give them a try, and we’re so glad we did! Ordering online from a shop you don’t know is always a risk, but the arrangement actually exceeded expectations — fuller and even more beautiful than the photo, which seems unheard of these days! We placed our order at 8:50 a.m., and it was delivered by 1 p.m. that same day. The flowers truly brightened our loved ones’ day, even during such a sad time, which meant the world to us as well.
