  I had such a great experience with Maria’s Fine Jewelry in Worcester. I brought in my Tissot Seastar 1000 after it unexpectedly stopped working shortly after I purchased it elsewhere. Since Maria’s is an authorized Tissot dealer, they were able to help me navigate the warranty process and send the watch directly to Tissot for service. From the beginning, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process and contacted me as soon as my watch was ready to be picked up. Tissot ultimately completed the necessary maintenance under warranty, and Maria’s made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. What impressed me most was that they provided this level of service even though I had not originally purchased the watch from them. That kind of customer service builds trust and definitely makes me want to consider Maria’s first for future watch and jewelry purchases.   Best repair in Worcester. Brought a 14k memorial chain necklace in to re-attach the clasp. The knowledgeable expert repair jeweler not only fixed it on-the-spot in 30 minutes, but repaired other weakening joints also that would have broken later. Will go again in the future. Very good price! Thank you.

  Maria's provided excellent guidance on my Engagement Ring and our wedding band sets. She is very straight to the point, offers excellent advice, and knows the business inside and out! Great selection in the store, and can order what you need if it's not in stock. Highly Recommended!

  I had a bracelet that was a gift from a grandparent. It was a replica of an ancient Latin American indigenous style. I had opened the jewelry box and the beads and stones had gotten loose. After researching jewelry repair stores Maria's came up with high reviews and I took it to the store. The gentleman who was there was very kind. He looked at it, took some measurements, and figured it out what it would look like put back together. They said it would be about 2 weeks to get if fixed for a very reasonable price. It was ready much quicker than the 2 weeks. I am so happy with their work. Highly recommend for any jewelry repair.
