When I called the store to find out why the doorbell wasn’t rung I was told because it wasn’t on the instructions. Have we reached the point in the 21st-century where you need to be told to ring the doorbell??? Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all cost.

They replied to her review below and said they will refund it, but never did. It's very shocking that a business owner would lie online to make it seem like they resolved the issue. They didn't even know what the order number was. Attached photos with timestamp evidence. Please follow through and process the full refund along with the 25% credit that was promised.
