- WWW WalterOct 5, 20262.0I was shopping around 12:30 PM on October 5th, and both employees were on their phones and on phone calls for the entire time I was there. They completely ignored me while I was shopping. When I went to the register, one employee continued to stay on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. She never told me my total or even spoke to me. And these were grown women. These are somebody’s aunties, mothers, etc. How do you not know how to provide basic customer service? It was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
- YCYeunice_ Eterno CieloMay 1, 20265.0This place is amazing! I went for the first time, and—believe me—I was impressed by everything. The people there have great energy; they are kind and have a lot of patience. The name suits the place perfectly—I give it 100%! I asked if they offer delivery, and they told me they don't; I really wish they would consider adding that service. They also have ATMs available if you need to withdraw cash and don't have a card. They do not accept credit cards—only cash and debit cards.
