  The Woburn store is clean, great selections, friendly staff who are willing to help you like the lay who’s always at the register and her name is Rosa. She always takes the time to help customers out either by explaining policies, coupons, donations etc. She’s very energetic, happy, friendly and knowledgeable!

  visited woburn store today to get a pair of birks for upcoming trip with a friend. cashier Rosa was very rude to both of us, as i said no to the credit card, and my friend said “will you really ever come here again?” very clearly light-hearted, after i already declined. Rosa decided it was her place to rudely respond with, “will you let her make her on decision??”— after i had already declined. i understand it might be policy to ask more than once, but i will not be returning to this location after being treated poorly.

  I went to pick up my online order at the Woburn location today, 5/25/2026 (Memorial Day), around 12:20 PM. Unfortunately, the cashier, a tall woman with dark skin , was very unprofessional and rude during the interaction. I tried to explain that I originally had an order on hold and then decided to place it online instead, but she repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to finish speaking. The overall customer service experience was disappointing and unpleasant. She even ask me “would like a bag “ . Seriously!!! I understand that holidays can be busy and stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management provides additional customer service training to help improve future interactions.
