  I had a wonderful experience with this location. They were very helpful with building the order and making sure address and info was up to date for a delivery to Umass. Unfortunately, The store was accidently locked before the driver could pick up the order. I was so distraught as I paid extra to make sure it was delivered on my sons Birthday. The driver was incredible! After being on the road all day, Rob was calling all around trying to get a key to get the order. He could not get the key so obtained approval to have a new order built in the West Springfield location. In rush hour, he then drove out to West Springfield and delivered the gift to my son at UMass Amherst. Rob went the extra mile...many miles ..many extra miles to ensure my present was delivered. INCREDIBLE!

  Delivery person, Robert I believe, was concerned that the arrangement would be ruined if he left it outside. We weren't going to be home for a while. He called and I gave him instructions over the phone on how to get in the garage. He asked if he could put the arrangement in the spare refrigerator in the garage. He took time to rearrange the shelf space to make sure everything fit. Very kind and considerate. You should be proud to have an employee that caring

  I tried calling this place numerous times before the order was made to cancel but no one answers the phone. Don't bother with store!!
