  I had a very disappointing experience. I chose a pair of sunglasses only after checking the price twice. I even told my mom the price, and since she was standing next to me, she asked me to double-check it. It was clearly marked as $199.98. An employee then told me they would take the sunglasses to the register while I continued shopping. When I got to the checkout, I was suddenly told the price was around $360 because the price tag had already been changed. The staff simply said they didn't know what had happened and offered no solution, so I left without buying them. If the price displayed on the sales floor can change after a customer has already decided to make a purchase, that's extremely frustrating and misleading. I expected better customer service and at least an attempt to resolve the situation by checking the item's price change history. I'm a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at Nordstrom Rack and have never had an issue before. Also, these sunglasses are not listed on the website, so there was no way for me to verify the price afterward. Be careful and take a photo of the price tag before letting an employee take the item to the register.

  This is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I’m a frequent shopper and i’ve been shopping at nordstrom for as long as i can remember, i have never seen this pace decline so fast. The new manager at the front of the store has no respect and no regard for his employees who seem to be struggling everytime i come in here. It seems so chaotic and that’s rooted in the poor management skills. I would like to see that rude man I believe his name was Zay be replaced with someone who wants to work there because he clearly doesn’t and let me tell you he has the poorest attitude i’ve ever seen in my life. Mind you this wasn’t an experience i had myself this was all an impression of him in a situation that unfolded in front of me. He never seems happy to be there when i do encounter him, and i feel bad standing in a line going out the door when just two cashiers are up there busting their butts. Again, nordstrom rack westwood has never had such poor customer service management and i’m POSITIVE he is the root.
