When I was unable to get a tracking status I called the store a few minutes before 5pm right before they close. When the girl answered she asked the name it was to be delivered to, I told her and after a few minutes she asked to put me on hold. After holding 4 minutes another girl came on and told me my order had been delivered and before I could ask what time she hung up! Then, the status of my order was updated to "Delivered"! After reaching out to the recipient asking if they received anything from me, checking all the doors and mailbox, I was told no! I was infuriated to say the least. I called this morning and the woman I spoke with looked up my order and saw that it indeed wasn't delivered. She did have it delivered this morning but the out and out lying is what gets me! I was told that she would speak to the person when she got in but what horrible customer service. The woman I spoke with today admitted that they were having problems with workers. I get it but if the people you have working for you can't do their job get rid of them. It only hurts the business. I will NEVER order from this store again. One unhappy customer!
