I was rather disappointed this time. I ordered (same day) a small arrangement for my mother in law. She lost her mother, so it was a sympathy/just because. I didn't pay for 1 hour delivery, so it was almost the end of the day before it was delivered and that's very understandable. However, it said HAND DELIVERED, but it wasn't. She didn't know it was coming so when we asked the NEXT day, she said she didn't get anything. It was left outside all night and the whole next day (in the sun) on a front step. They are elderly so they didnt go out until we asked, and then she found it. Sadly it was UN-edible and kind a waste. I left messages with the store but nothing back yet...
