We called ahead to let her know my great aunt with dementia was coming to get her hair cut and styled, and she immediately got to work making sure she had the best most comfortable experience she could have given all the circumstances. she was so flexible with how my aunt needed things done for her circumstances, and she accommodated all of our needs above and beyond. she deserves every good thing this world has to provide. thank you for your kindness

Second time i asked i walked to front desk where i found two lady’s on their phone's and another standing there. Then 5 mins later she came back to tell me i would have to come back tomorrow. Now since i got an attitude from the teenage girl that thought her phone was more important. I will spend my money else wear. Just for the fact that my question was so simple a child could answer it maybe, you should teach your staff to ask how they could help rather than shutting me down and being on their phone's. Don't worry you guys will be out of business soon just like the rest, just because your customer service sucks.

The jacket was 40% off and u saved more money by joining their customer loyalty program. I saw quite if selection of clothing for men and women of all shapes and sizes.
