- MBMaryann BancroftJun 19, 20261.0Horrible! Order was entered online. Where they got an 800 number for the recipient is beyond me. Called to update, verifiy info and was assured everything was ok. Driver had trouble delivering because of this, and couldn’t reach recipient. Four phones calls back and forth until someone called screaming at my husband telling him we never called to changed or updated anything. I could hear her from the next room! My husband asked her to let him speak. She wouldn’t. Order wasn’t delivered. I called the corporate office to put in a complaint about how he was treated over the phone. He took the same info we already updated. Next day, same problem only this time the delivery person was reasonable and took the right number and called the recipient. THEN, after it was delivered and we thought everything was fine, the owner had the audacity to call us yelling at my husband again for calling corporate and putting in the original complaint! Absolutely outrageous. Worst customer service EVER!

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on. I am calling today, and now they're answering the phone and just breathing. No worries, I'll file a dispute with AMEX. Have a great weekend.
