  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These places are a dime a dozen, I'm sure there are competent locations nearby. Staff is incredibly rude for people incapable of doing their job. Don't get me wrong, I can also be unreliable. That, however, is among the reasons I don't deliver unrefrigerated produce for a living.

  Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. She was an Indian I could tell by her accent. She was so rude very judgmental and she doesn’t even know me. To write down the WRONG address and get upset with me because it was delivered to the wrong address when a fee for it to be delivered by hand and it wasn’t. Mind you I called their office 5x before SHE answered. And then to blame US the customers when we KNOW our address. This is the second time this specific store has made a mistake with an order of mine and then tried to blame me. And for her ignorant comment saying I knew yall was gonna do this and hang up on me. No thanks. Don’t be mad that u guys gave up my bfs information to a girl even gave her the last 4 digits of said card that was used and that right there is a no. It happened in 2020. Now it’s 2026 and u want to act like we are a problem absolutely not acceptable!!

  Horrible! Order was entered online. Where they got an 800 number for the recipient is beyond me. Called to update, verifiy info and was assured everything was ok. Driver had trouble delivering because of this, and couldn’t reach recipient. Four phones calls back and forth until someone called screaming at my husband telling him we never called to changed or updated anything. I could hear her from the next room! My husband asked her to let him speak. She wouldn’t. Order wasn’t delivered. I called the corporate office to put in a complaint about how he was treated over the phone. He took the same info we already updated. Next day, same problem only this time the delivery person was reasonable and took the right number and called the recipient. THEN, after it was delivered and we thought everything was fine, the owner had the audacity to call us yelling at my husband again for calling corporate and putting in the original complaint! Absolutely outrageous. Worst customer service EVER!
