  My mother in law passed away and my husband’s cousin had an arrangement sent to us and it was gross .the fruit was moldy and brownies / cheesecake were old . I took pictures and sent repeated emails back and forth to edible Arrangements and they only responded with automated messages .They did nothing to rectify the situation.I asked for a phone call as well. Nothing. I also called the Taunton location asked for manager and they said that they won’t be in till the following week and to call the Brockton store . Will never use them or recommend anyone else . This was almost three months ago that this happened . I’m not someone who puts out reviews but at this point they had every opportunity to reach out . Such poor management !

  Worker at Taunton location is unreliable, rude. Ordered first a pick up during store hours and the worker said I’m picked up my order so she could go home early. Second attempt I did delivery and they did not deliver on the date it was suppose to be delivered. On top of all this the arrangement was not like the photo and they should be embarrassed on the products they send out! Would not recommend using this location at all!

  I would never order from this place again. My daughter ordered my Mother’s Day gift. They did not even knock on the door. They left my gift out on my front porch. I was not home my husband saw the box out on the front stairs, checked our cameras and it had been sitting out there for an hour. So he brought it in the house and figured he would put it in the refrigerator. well, when we opened the box, there was ants in the box and one ant in my refrigerator. now, since this is the way they’ll be doing their deliveries we will not be doing business with them again that’s just disgusting . Bad business !

  Store hours say till 7 I get here at 620 and its already closed. All do respect dont advertise a time if you not going to obey it

  I called to place an order the other day and I am shocked. The man I talked to was so rude. He was impatient and didn’t answer any questions I had. He kept on telling me to just go place the order online if I didn’t know what I wanted fast enough. I had my sister order from this store before and she also had a negative experience with him. This man, I believe his name is Matt, also completely disregarded her and told her to order online and do it herself. I am normally a customer here, but because of this employee I will be looking for alternatives.
