  Was fine, I didn't get my watches fixed though, as they only do work on what they sell. Everyone was very nice though!

  I had a truly outstanding experience at Date and Time in Sudbury. Even though my purchase was small, Beverly and her team treated me with the same care and attention you’d expect for a major sale. They went far beyond what any customer service team is obligated to do. From the moment I walked in, they were gracious hosts, answering every question, offering thoughtful guidance, adding a personal touch to the interaction, and even offering coffee. They made me feel welcome, valued, and genuinely appreciated as a customer. What impressed me most is that this level of service was provided for a very minor purchase. Their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and because of that, I will absolutely be a returning customer, next time for more significant purchases and service needs. Thank you to Beverly and the entire team for your dedication and exceptional customer care.

  I went to Date & Time MA today fully prepared to buy a Tudor watch. I was excited it’s rare to have a Rolex/Tudor AD this close without driving to Boston or Worcester. But the visit was honestly terrible. I was greeted at the door, told someone would help me, and then ignored for over 30 minutes in a store with maybe two other customers. I walked around the Rolex, Tudor, and other cases with money ready to spend, and no one even acknowledged me. I had to talk over someone just to ask a basic question before giving up and leaving. This is the first time I’ve ever been completely ignored in a jewelry store. Really disappointing experience.

  From the moment I first walked through the door the care, kindness, genuinely warm welcome, and overall level of professionalism I received was, on all counts, far above and beyond. Simply put, my experience working with Tracy, Lexi, and Fay in purchasing my first Rolex was absolutely everything one could hope for and I cannot more highly or confidently recommend Date & Time.

  I have had my three older Rolex watches serviced with them last year as well as warrantee work on my Tudor and received excellent service from their watch maker Andrew returning my watches better than they were when I originally bought them. Looking to hopefully do business with them again if one of the Rolex watches on my list get allocated to me.
