  Great service. Workers are all genuine, kind people. I had a chain shortened, and then came back to have a clasp adjusted. My shortened chain was ready within two weeks and the length was just as I requested. Would definitely recommend coming here!

  I wanted to celebrate some recent milestones with my favorite watch model so I stopped into Lorilil Jewelers. Upon walking in, I was met by smiles and kind greetings from the staff. Chris was able to show me the watch I was interested in and was patient with answering my questions. My favorite part of the experience is that I could tell Chris was a genuine watch enthusiast rather than just a salesperson. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping in, checking out some pieces, and talking to the staff. You won’t be disappointed!

  I have been hoping to purchase my first Rolex for quite some time now, but given the current market and the daunting waitlists, I had been hesitant to reach out to an AD to inquire about the process. Per the recommendation of a friend and coworker, I decided to go to Lorilil. Upon visiting the store, I was met with a wealth of information and hospitality. Despite my being so uninformed and new to this experience, the staff at Lorilil was more than accommodating and thorough, walking me through every step. Moreover, a few days after speaking to an associate regarding the Rolex brand, and which models I was interested in, I received a call from Lorilil. They were following up with me regarding our recent conversation, and confirming the specifics of my interests. This type of attention to detail, and individual attentiveness, simply cannot be found with many larger chain boutiques. So, while I am still early in my watch-buying experience, I feel more than confident that I am in good hands. Just that simple act of customer service has established me as a loyal customer, moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to guide me through this process, and for your hospitality. It does not go unnoticed.
