  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut in Assembly Row! Mathew was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of Meta glasses. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’m really happy with my new glasses. Thank you, Mathew, for the excellent customer service!   So I came in, had a emergency. I needed to replace my favorite pair of sunglasses, I gave a vague description and Mathew was not only able to read my mind, figure out what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I needed in less than 30 seconds, and he saved me money. Smoothest transaction of my life so far.

  Mathew was literally a super hero and super kind to us. Someone try to stole a pair of glasses on front of us and he literally stop him to do it on a such a profesional way. He was that kind that we ended up buying 4 pairs of glasses to him. Love the attention he gave us. 100/10

  I can’t say enough good things about Mathew, the manager at Sunglass Hut in Somerville. My mom and I stopped in and he was genuinely one of the nicest, most thoughtful people we’ve dealt with in retail in a long time. There was absolutely zero pressure from him at any point. He took all the time in the world with both of us, asked the right questions about what we were looking for, showed us different options, and actually listened to what we liked and didn’t like. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. We originally came in just to look, and because of how comfortable Mathew made the experience, I ended up purchasing a pair for myself and a pair for my mom. What stood out most wasn’t even the sale — it was how genuinely considerate he was toward my mom and how much care he put into making sure she found something she really loved. Mathew is an absolute asset to this store and to Sunglass Hut. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. We’ll absolutely be coming back to this location because of him.
