- GNGabriella NataleSep 12, 20265.0Gabi was amazing. She was incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She made my visit to the Steve Madden store last weekend so much fun and I appreciate all her help!!
- JJjoliaAug 29, 20261.0The lady at the door was very rude and condescending when we asked why they were closed early. Staff are unprofessional and disrespectful
- AAAngelo AugustoAug 12, 20261.0Went to the store, 30 min before its closing time, just wanted a quick pickup but the doors were already locked.
- ARAmanda RobertsJun 19, 20262.0The staff are hilarious at the assembly row location -- you know those movies where you walk into the store and you can feeeeeel the corporate greed. I had a box handed to me with a white sticker and new price written on it. In what world would could you convince me to buy simple black heels for $100 knowing this is literally the brand they sell in TJ Maax/Burlington. Knocking the hustle because it was truly just so comical
