  Unreliable hours, lost a long-time customer. Judging by other reviews, unexpected closures seem to be a routine issue here. I made a dedicated trip today for a specific item, only to find a paper sign on the door stating they were closed for the rest of the day. Consistently unreliable operations like this just cost you a loyal customer.

  DO NOT GO HERE. I just had the worst experience 5min ago. I walked in to make a return for items that I DID NOT USE (only tried on) and was told that I was unable to make the return, despite NOT using the items and having my receipt in hand. When I was making the return the associate wouldn’t even look at me in the face or give me a reasonable explanation for not being able to return these items. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable and a WASTE OF TIME + money. I was looking to make the return because the items did not fit as expected and once I got home I knew that I would come back to return this. I was not expecting to be met with a lack of professionalism and customer service.

  I've been here so many times but today was so disappointing. I really needed help for a quick outfit to a function I was going to and the staff genuinely was not interacting with me at all despite the low volume of business and many staff being around. When I got to the register, I asked who I think was the supervisor in a Mexican jersey if there was any sort of cover ups that I could put over my dress and she just kept replying NO and didn't put any effort into helping me. I really needed an outfit asap but if I wasn't in a rush I wouldn't have wasted my time here. I definitely won't be back. They should just shut this down and bring over a Primark or something more affordable.

  I saw a few other customers say the same thing, so I'd like to add my two cents. I was disappointed, as it seems like many others were as well, that the store closes earlier than the website says. I've seen multiple other reviews saying the same thing. I got to the store at 6:45 on April 12th (a Sunday) when the google listing/website says it closes at 7pm. There was no sign or anything on the door, just locked doors. I could see the dress i wanted to purchase hanging up on the display, so my intention was to go in and out considering the time i arrived. I even saw a worker in there. I have worked retail for nearly 17 years and every place i've worked, we do not close until the time indicated and if we do close early, there is a sign on the door or something indicating why. This was very inconvenient and kills customer satisfaction. It was inconvenient to me as i went out of my way to get there to purchase the dress, and especially since the outlet does not have a direct website i could have bought it off of. I am going to find another time to get this dress but after this, i will be letting friends and family know about this. Terrible!
