- RGRosa GonzalezSep 3, 20261.0I will never return here. The staff are all young and have no training. Express really fell off trying to shop here was such a terrible experience. Hope that they get new staff the manager refused to give me her name when I asked. She was a short Latin woman with dark black hair she needs to be fired. numbers at this location will never go up as long as she is employed here. how she became a manager is beyond me. BEWARE of this location stay away drive to the Burlington Mall location instead.

- KRKat RSep 3, 20261.0The Manager here is so unprofessional. She doesn't want to help with anything if you ask her question she turns her back and mumbles like she hates her job. She lacks customer service skills and swore at me under her breathe. she's also very confrontational and ghetto. who wants to get in a boxing match when looking for a wedding outfit. Literally do not know how a District Manager hasn't stepped in yet especially after reading other customers bad experience's in the reviews. this place should be closed down. I called and made a complaint and still heard nothing from cooperate. Employees are replaceable send staff from other locations that can cover shifts and actually don't mind helping customers.

I made a dedicated trip today for a specific item, only to find a paper sign on the door stating they were closed for the rest of the day. Consistently unreliable operations like this just cost you a loyal customer.

I walked in to make a return for items that I DID NOT USE (only tried on) and was told that I was unable to make the return, despite NOT using the items and having my receipt in hand. When I was making the return the associate wouldn’t even look at me in the face or give me a reasonable explanation for not being able to return these items. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable and a WASTE OF TIME + money. I was looking to make the return because the items did not fit as expected and once I got home I knew that I would come back to return this. I was not expecting to be met with a lack of professionalism and customer service.
