- TLTayri Lopez2 days ago1.0This past weekend, we ordered a fruit arrangement as a special gift for a colleague. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The fruit arrived in unacceptable condition and was practically inedible. It appeared to have been previously frozen and thawed, leaving it soggy and watery. Additionally, the packaging and overall presentation did not reflect the quality advertised online or justify the price paid. When we contacted customer service to request a replacement, an employee named Janett was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice, repeatedly insisted that the fruit was fresh, and provided an incorrect email address for submitting a formal complaint. While product issues can occasionally occur, the lack of professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation was unacceptable. When purchasing a gift for someone special, customers deserve quality products and respectful customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone looking to send a thoughtful gift for a special occasion.

The woman there I dont remember her name I think it started with a J helped me amd she knew exactly what I needed to fot my occasion. A+ for this location ill definitely be coming here from now on.
