  $105 for THIS??? I could’ve done better with stop and shop flowers for 1/3 of the price. Absolute garbage.

  Today August 3 around 12 noon between 12 noon and 1215 whoever was on phone duty was horrible. I tried to call Edible Arrangements to get a birthday arrangement for My Son. The Customer Service skills over the phone was horrible. The lady put me on hold and never came back and then when I called back, she just ignored me and hung up on me and put me on hold that is such poor Customer Service you should have better competent staff to accommodate your customers if they were busy she should've came back to the phone and said something when I called back the second time she put me directly on hold and didn't say a word and then hung up on me.

  Terrible experience with Edible Arrangements which is pretty sad because I have ordered from this location several times in the past and had good experiences. Well, I had picked up an order as a birthday gift, which I had IMMEDIATELY brought over to the event. Two hours later, we see that the fruits - apart from the strawberries were stale, molded, and inedible. When I contacted them for a refund, they initially offered a replacement or store credit, which I declined as I no longer wanted to do business with them. They then informed me I would only receive a refund if I brought the molded arrangement back to the store "for quality control purposes". Huhhh???? This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable customer service for a product that went bad so quickly after pickup. It feels like they are intentionally setting up barriers or impossible expectations to get a refund. They want me to dig out the day old arrangement in the trash to bring it to the store?!? Absolutely RIDICULOUS "policy" if you ask me. I am extremely disappointed not just with the product but how poorly they have managed this situation. I highly do NOT recommend. Never buying from them again.

  My nephew was so excited to buy flowers for his engagement proposal, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, and the flowers weren’t as beautiful as expected. It was sad because he had been looking forward to giving them to his fiancée and taking beautiful pictures. We expected much better.

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a flower shop. I ordered flowers for my engagement, which is a very special occasion, and what I received was embarrassing. The flowers looked old, poorly arranged, and completely lacked the quality I paid for. The wrapping was sloppy, cheap-looking, and made the bouquet look even worse. What made the experience even more disappointing was the customer service. When I contacted them to explain the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility or offer any solution. They showed no respect for their customers and no concern for the quality of their work. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this shop. If you care about quality, professionalism, or customer service, spend your money somewhere else. This experience completely ruined my trust in this business, and I will never order from them again.
