  I usually only give positive reviews but I had to share in hope that it does not happen again to anyone. My son ordered me a $85.00 plate of Chocolate covered strawberries. He paid extra for Mothers Day delivery. At approximately 7:30 Mothers Day evening the delivery driver called me to say he couldn’t fine my street. ( I’m here in Plymouth). He said it would be delivered the next day. It was deliver the next evening at 7:00pm. If he was having trouble finding my street why didn’t he call me at that time so I could assist him in finding my street? Secondly why was I not the first delivery the next day? I think I was the last delivery. When it did arrive the display was somewhat looking like it was not freshly made up. Most of the strawberries were not dipped in chocolate. That would have been fine but the cost of this was crazy. Thank you

  Great service and good product! I ordered the small salted caramel fall bouquet (shown in picture). They had it ready on time and were friendly when I went in to pick it up.

  I placed an order for my girlfriends birthday a day or two before it ... the day it was supposed to be delivered it was snowing . She never got them obviously (which would be fine if I knew so I could either cancel or arrange something else)... however the store owner never contacted me in any way !!! To at least inform me my purchase was not going to be delivered on time ! The website said open, the phone automated message said open and even other edible arrangements In the area were open and also delivering !! Even with the snow. So today the day after it was supposed to be delivered I still hadn’t received any emails or calls to let me know what was going on. I then asked what we can do about the inconvenience since it’s no longer her birthday ... they said 50% off of the order which was $60 . I asked if there was anyway I could just pay the delivery fee because I didn’t think it was right ...lady comes back on the phone ok we can just charge u for one box no delivery and second box is free , ok. I asked my total prove she says 29 dollars I asked why it’s 50% off instead of paying for one box .. she says ohhhh well the first box cost 29 dollars lolololol!!!! Same price didn’t change . Regardless I’m writing this review because this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of there bad business I also heard it from one of the previously employees . My recommendation to anyone looking to purchase through this branch and have your delivery delivered on time that you go elsewhere ! I live in middleboro so Taunton is the next closest and they seemed to very nice over there .. family owned and operated and even deliver in the snow (to an extent obviously I know my chocolate covered fruit isn’t worth someone crashing ) she also said that the owner would reach out to all It’s customers if they were going to close for the day so you’re not left high and dry ! I never write reviews this is my first one so if you’re reading this just know that it really grinded my gears. A birthday only comes once a year !!! And I’m away for work so it was going to be a nice surprise but nope ! Have a good day everyone and Go to Taunton if you need any edible arrangments.. P.s the receptionist was a nice lady not her fault the owner is unprofessional!!!!!
