- BNBarbara NataleAug 20, 20262.0Im an older woman(78) and need shoes for a formal wedding. SPIKE or very high, thin heels, ANKLE STRAPS and pointy toes, don't cut it for me! In and out in 5 mins. Very disappointed.

- EMEllen MartinJun 14, 20261.0I tried to return a pair of shoes after the 60 day window. After 60 days, a merchandise credit is provided if you have the receipt and the shoes are unworn. I was told I couldn’t return them for credit at all even though they are still brand new in the box and they are still selling the shoe for full price on the floor. When I asked about the policy, the manager said they don’t follow the dsw policy. When I asked to see the store’s policy, I was then told they don’t have a written policy. I have been a customer for 20+ years and have never had any issues until today. The manager was dismissive and uncharacteristic of someone in the customer service business.
