- BGBrian GlazierJul 12, 20265.0Went on a Sunday ~11am. Lots of staff available to help. Clean store, well organized. Poor men's selection but that's pretty much par for the course. Like all of 3 steel-toed boots. Definitely go elsewhere for work boots but otherwise you're probably good
- EMEllen MartinJun 14, 20261.0I tried to return a pair of shoes after the 60 day window. After 60 days, a merchandise credit is provided if you have the receipt and the shoes are unworn. I was told I couldn’t return them for credit at all even though they are still brand new in the box and they are still selling the shoe for full price on the floor. When I asked about the policy, the manager said they don’t follow the dsw policy. When I asked to see the store’s policy, I was then told they don’t have a written policy. I have been a customer for 20+ years and have never had any issues until today. The manager was dismissive and uncharacteristic of someone in the customer service business.

I've been purchasing Brooks from DSW for years and have never had a problem before. This particular pair/model are terrible. I tried exchanging them for a different type of Brooks and basically I was told that shoes cause blisters and because they've been worn there is nothing than can be done. Sue the manager on duty needs to get her attitude fixed and stop being so dismissive. Unfortunately myself and my family will no longer shop there because of how awful this store is.
