  I really appreciated Allegra, an Assistant Manager at the North Shore location. She was so sweet, helpful, patient, and honest with her opinions of what looked good on me. This woman also does a beautiful job doing her make-up and is so pretty! She gave me a couple of tips on how to do make-up too. Thank you Allegra, and I'll definitely be back with some friends! It's refreshing when someone working with the public is sincerely nice and knows what they're actually doing! Kudos to a pro! 👏

  Everytime I come here, the dressing room is closed. Every single time. The store is still open for another 20-30 mins and the dressing room is closed. I didn’t know it was closed and walked in and started trying things on. Someone knocks on the door and says the dressing room is closed and rushes me out. RUDE! Just let me finish trying on my items. These clothes run small and need to be tried on. If I could’ve gotten here earlier, I would’ve. But this is something this store does OFTEN! Keep the dressing rooms open. You have 4 girls working at once, no need to close the dressing room. Also, the people working here act very unprofessional. Laughing loudly, yelling across the store, acting like they’re at a high school cafeteria. One of the managers was talking to one of her employees saying how someone’s pet had died and she tried calling off work. They both laughed and mocked the other employee and the manager stated “a pet death is not important enough to miss work”. If my pet died, I wouldn’t function normally for months. That was cruel and unprofessional. Remember you’re a retail store barely paying minimum wage. Treat employees better

  Came in to get my girlfriend a new outfit for her 21st, Aaliyah helped me decide if two items went well together and with the overall vibe of the outfit! She was amazing and so helpful

  Today I made a return, made a purchase online (through the store) and also purchased a prom dress. Katrina helped me with all three tasks. She was very competent, was super nice and had a fun friendly demeanor. She truly made the experience so much better.
