  As someone who has previously worked in luxury retail for years, I understand firsthand how important it is to be not only knowledgeable of the products you sell but how each customer's unique needs must be matched provide an exceptional sales experience. At this particular Sunglasses Hut, I received just that. While visiting the Salem area, I came to this mall not expecting to spend much of anything. Earlier in my trip I had lost my sunglasses that I wore almost religiously and while I had planned to eventually replace them, I never expected to do so during my trip. Not having sunglasses, while an inconvenience, wasn't a detriment to my visit. However, while browsing the selection at the stand, the young gentleman who was working greeted me and asked for what I was looking for. I explained that I was only browsing but later explained my situation and he walked me through many options. He was extremely well informed of the stock they carried and while I could've easily gone to any convenience store and picked up an inexpensive pair to replace my lost glasses, the time this young man spent learning about me and what I needed in a pair of sunglasses. I work as a funeral director in Texas and spend much time driving and standing outside in harsh sunlight. What I need was something not terribly expensive or gaudy but I also wanted them sleek, professional, and be polarized. The polarized lenses were a MUST. After being presented my options, and a long while finalizing my choice, I left with a pair of Ray-Bans that would not only be suitable for the rest of my vacation, but become a part of my daily wardrobe at work. I feel awful that this young man's name is slipping my mind but I want to commend the staff at Sunglasses Hut for taking the time to listen to my needs and ensure I left with a purchase I am nothing less than 100% happy with.

  I had such a great experience at Sunglass Hut, and I especially want to recognize Taylor for being absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products without ever making me feel pressured, and he made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Taylor went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses, and his customer service really stood out. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I left extremely happy with my purchase and the experience overall!

  I had a wonderful experience here with the manager, Taylor. He helped me feel confident on my choice of sunglasses. I've always been nervous looking for glasses alone cause it's hard to know what will look good on me but he helped me test out a few until I felt good. He was incredibly professional and kind. I recommend this place highly. Good quality glasses, perfect customer service and a smile on your face! What could be better!!? ALSO get the care kit! Its a LIFE SAVER! incredibly handy and portable 🫶💕

  I was pleasantly greeted by Taylor and Roman at North Shore Mall's Sunglass Hut. They were not pushy, instead offered to help me by narrowing down what I was looking for exactly. I spent some time looking and they never rushed me. I ended up purchasing sunglasses that suited me because of their input and courtesy, I purchased a pair of RL polarized sunglasses. I would definitely recommend them and their excellent service, Donna
