  Shirley at Long’s Jewelers Peabody made my wife’s first Mother’s Day gift experience truly special. She helped me pick out a beautiful pair of David Yurman gold hoops for my wife and made the entire process feel easy, personal, and memorable from the moment I walked in. The Mother’s Day event was incredible as well, flowers and a bonus gift made it feel even more thoughtful. Shirley is always warm, knowledgeable, and gives great recommendations, especially when it comes to watches and jewelry. This is the only jewelry store I’ll be going to moving forward.

  My experience with Retno at the Long's location in Peabody was nothing short of spectacular. She is a very personable and knowledgeable gemologist. In the business for over 20 years it was evident early on in our dealings Retno was the right person to work with. She custom designed a beautiful ring using my mother's diamond in addition to a beautiful pink sapphire. I could not happier and highly recommend her specifically.

  I had a great experience working with Retno at Long’s—5 stars all the way. From the moment we started, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Her expertise in wedding bands was truly impressive—she has an incredible wealth of information and took the time to walk us through all the options, styles, and details without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and guided us in a way that felt personal, not pushy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel confident and excited about their decision. Buying wedding bands is such an important moment, and Retno made it feel easy and enjoyable. We left feeling informed, comfortable, and really happy with our choice. I would highly recommend asking for Retno if you’re visiting Long’s—she’s fantastic at what she does! Also, Penny at the counter is a huge asset—friendly, efficient, and a great addition to the overall experience. She ensured a prompt resizing in time for the big day, which we truly appreciated.   We had a great experience working with Nick at Long’s Jewelers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We bought my fiancé’s first Rolex from him, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, never made us feel pressured, and was always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend asking for Nick!

  I’ve visited Long’s Jewelers in Peabody a few times now, and every experience has been great thanks to Nick. He’s always kind, genuine, and goes above and beyond with his customer service. And all thanks to Nick, he was able to get me the watch that I thought I would never be able to get!! He called me in the other day and surprised me with the watch I always dreamt to have! The holy grail watch!! And because of him, I’ll definitely will always remain a loyal customer!
