  If your not white you are not welcomed in this store. Every single person is white middle aged or late 60’s and white not one let me help you or anything. There’s one older lady that just because my son touched a shirt she immediately came over and acted like we had done something to it and started to refold it again. It suck’s because I love this brand and we spent over $200 but it really sucks it doesn’t make you want to come back and spend money here. The only person that was nice was the lady at the cash register I didn’t get her name but don’t come here unless you want to be stared down and feel like you don’t belong.

  Had an encounter with a really rude staff member. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and not like that all the time. I feel badly if she’s that miserable all the time.

  I wanted to give a shout out to Eve at the Peabody location. She was professional and kind. I applied for a LL Bean credit card and there was in issue with the application process. Once the card was processed on the following day, she reached out to the manager to make sure I still received my discount for the new card. Thank you Eve!

  LL Bean. I expected quality American goods. Made in Maine. Hand stitching. I bought a pair of boots for the winter, but they were made in Vietnam.
